Information we collect

Information you give us. When you create a client account, book a consultation, send a design inquiry or contact us, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, project details and any notes or links you share.

Your wishlist. Items you save are stored in your client account when you are signed in, or in your own browser when you are not.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We count how many times each shop item is clicked, without linking those clicks to you.

How we use it

To provide our services: confirming and reminding you about consultations, replying to inquiries and messages, managing your client account and wishlist, and — only if you opt in — sending occasional updates about new curations. We do not sell your personal information.

Affiliate links

Some links in our shop are affiliate links. When you click one, you leave our site and the retailer or affiliate network may use cookies to record that the visit came from us, so we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our studio — such as website hosting and email delivery — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your client account. Your guest wishlist is kept in your browser’s local storage. Third-party features, such as embedded social content or retailer sites you visit through our links, may set their own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account, booking and inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and information at any time.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your client account, and you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
